Smiles all round~! :)

I have a maths exam on monday, but even so today has pretty really good indeed!!
First off, I started volunteering at oxfam today (as part of the DofE scheme), which, to be honset, I wasn't really looking forward to... (getting up at 7.00am on a Satruday morning? no thank you!) But, it was actually really fun!! There's a nother girl about my age-ish volunteering there, so we man the till together, and have a laugh~
Half way through the morning, an extremely religious woman came in handing around flyers about repenting... We all smiled and then either shoved them in our back pockets, or put them upside down on the note paper pile.

I've only just got round to reading it; it goes on about how God will punish thee for they sins, Ie murdering, drug use, racism, basically anything illegal really. And then it says this;

"Occult involvement such as fortune telling, witchcraft and palm readings"

I won't go into my views on the 'withcraft' side of things but... the 'fortune telling' and 'palm reading'?? Not exactly an occult with malicious intent now is it? Perhaps it's one of those things, like science, that extremely over the top religious people fear because they do not understand it, or because it challenges God?

Perhaps I have been reading 'The Da Vinci Code' too much.

But, let's be all cliche and say "all things in moderation". Actually, one of the other volunteers at the shop said "We are not punished for our sins but by our sins". Meaning that the punishment is not from some holy being, but instead from the sins themselves and their repercussions. (maybe that's hinting at karma too?).

... ANYWAY! moving on from that lovely deep topic there, after that I met up with 'A' in town and we went to Game, like you do, to look at the amazing games we can't afford, and then to look at the really seriously crap games in the sale section that, regretably are the only things we can afford. Only!! In sed section of crapiness, I found a hidden gem; Elite Beat Agents!! I knew it was a really good game, as it's good really good rating, so, intrigued I picked it up. It was pre-owned so the price was at £12 something or other. Then I noticed the huge red sticker that said "SALE""" £4.95!!!" So I took it to the till and the guy said "That's £2.98 please, is that ok?" To which I relpied "Oh yes, of course that's ok!!"

And then proceeded to skip out of the shop~!

We then had fun playing tig in an ex-graveyard/churchyard. Y'know, like ya do.

Aaaaand tonight is EUROVISION!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I be goin ter a friend's house to have a eurovision partay!! XDD Y'know, like ya do.

'Tis all fer now lahvlies. Bye~
